Master Your Focus: Study for Hours Without Distractions 🎯📖

In today's fast-paced world, staying focused while studying can feel impossible. With endless notifications, social media, and distractions everywhere, how do some students manage to concentrate for hours? The secret lies in mastering the science of focus!

  • 1. Create a Distraction-Free Zone - Find a quiet study space and remove anything that might break your concentration—turn off notifications, keep your phone away, and set up a clutter-free desk. A focused environment leads to a focused mind.
